  Poor customer service. The staff member at the counter at the store wasn't so friendly and helpful when I asked a few questions about the products. Very disappointed.

  Poor. Fencing kit ordered. Told Thursday only part of it arrived (originally told would be delivered on the Thursday, as ordered the prior Monday). Told Friday morning, yes it will be delivered this afternoon. So ordered labourers for the Saturday. Guess what, turn up and the posts missing. As this is the most crucial part of the kit, we've now paid labourers to stand around and do nothing. Won't turn up now until Monday - supposedly. To try and get through to a Manager at the store is ridiculous, to try and get through on the phone time-wasting. Was told an email will be sent to today's Store Manager, but not expecting much. Oh, and goods were fully paid for. At this point in time, not happy and wouldn't recommend. If you cannot get the deliveries from manufacture to store correct and you really have no idea, you shouldn't promise. Very unprofessional.

  Stratco produce some good products but their service is often lacking, ordering can be harder than it should be depending on who you deal with.

  Terrific in-store customer service on our visit to purchase a fence. Better prices than Bunnings, with our new fence delivered as per arrangements.
